Trees producing popcorn

Its again that time of the year when all the good saints of the church tune into their television boxes and fall asleep to the sweet, soothing voices of the general authorities. This time, however, I had the opportunity to go to the Saturday morning session, which meant waking up early, looking hot in my sunday best (we all looked really hot that day) and paying attention the whole time. I may or may not have snuck a molasses cookie or two in my pouch as to maintain energy and focus throughout the session.

Let me explain our hotness further...jewel tones were all the rage...popping eyeballs out, illuminating fiery hairs etc...and it made for some exceptional photos, one of which is so desirable that it is predestined to be Liz's profile picture. ANYway, the talks were great...my favorite being Uchtdorf's which was about love...which it would be our first. So many great lines delivered with power, emotion and a fantastic accent. We stayed over at aunt Martha's and the activities of the night included eating alot, casual napping, malts and pumpkin ice cream, and an old-school scary movie.

In this weekend I have realized some things...
1a. sandwiches are better with chips on them.
2b. Communication is key.
3c. Barbra Streisand is married to James Brolin.

I would go to your aunts house every weekend; I love her and that house. Especially if you woke me up from my nap by quacking.
1a. I TOLD you
2b. You would
3c. I just died laughing

this is a very delayed comment but i too am pleased with the list of things you learned from this great-for-all weekend. and im happy, partially, to have been a part of that learning experience, despite this education coming at the expense of my convenience and preparation.
